VIRGINIA GOVERNOR REPORTEDLY ORDERS PLANS TO CUT ELECTRIC, PHONES, INTERNET FOR GUN CONFISCATIONS!

The Governor of Virginia has allegedly ordered a small cadre of staffers to begin the process for determining how to cut off electricity, telephones/ FAXES, Cellular phones AND DATA, as well as the Internet, in areas where he plans to send Virginia National Guard Troops to forcibly seize guns when the Democrat legislature convenes in January!

The order was allegedly given to a very small and trusted group of staffers, some of whom it turns out,  do not agree (at all) with this idea.

To acquaint readers with what is taking place in Virginia, here are two Bills which are expected to be enacted once Democrats takeover the legislature in January:

SB 16 Assault firearms and certain firearm magazines; prohibiting sale, transport, etc., penalties.

Introduced by: Richard L. Saslaw | all patrons    …    notes add to my profiles

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Prohibiting sale, transport, etc., of assault firearms and certain firearm magazines; penalties. Expands the definition of “assault firearm” and prohibits any person from importing, selling, transferring, manufacturing, purchasing, possessing, or transporting an assault firearm. A violation is a Class 6 felony. The bill prohibits a dealer from selling, renting, trading, or transferring from his inventory an assault firearm to any person. The bill also prohibits a person from carrying a shotgun with a magazine that will hold more than seven rounds of the longest ammunition for which it is chambered in a public place; under existing law, this prohibition applies only in certain localities. The bill makes it a Class 1 misdemeanor to import, sell, barter, or transfer any firearm magazine designed to hold more than 10 rounds of ammunition.

Worse, Here is SB64:

SENATE BILL NO. 64
Offered January 8, 2020
Prefiled November 21, 2019
A BILL to amend and reenact § 18.2-433.2 of the Code of Virginia, relating to paramilitary activities; penalty.

———-
Patron– Lucas
———-
Referred to Committee for Courts of Justice
———-
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 18.2-433.2 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 18.2-433.2. Paramilitary activity prohibited; penalty.

A person shall be is guilty of unlawful paramilitary activity, punishable as a Class 5 felony if he:

1. Teaches or demonstrates to any other person the use, application, or making of any firearm, explosive, or incendiary device, or technique capable of causing injury or death to persons, knowing or having reason to know or intending that such training will be employed for use in, or in furtherance of, a civil disorder; or

2. Assembles with one or more persons for the purpose of training with, practicing with, or being instructed in the use of any firearm, explosive, or incendiary device, or technique capable of causing injury or death to persons, intending to employ such training for use in, or in furtherance of, a civil disorder; or

3. Assembles with one or more persons with the intent of intimidating any person or group of persons by drilling, parading, or marching with any firearm, any explosive or incendiary device, or any components or combination thereof.

2. That the provisions of this act may result in a net increase in periods of imprisonment or commitment. Pursuant to § 30-19.1:4 of the Code of Virginia, the estimated amount of the necessary appropriation cannot be determined for periods of imprisonment in state adult correctional facilities; therefore, Chapter 854 of the Acts of Assembly of 2019 requires the Virginia Criminal Sentencing Commission to assign a minimum fiscal impact of $50,000. Pursuant to § 30-19.1:4 of the Code of Virginia, the estimated amount of the necessary appropriation cannot be determined for periods of commitment to the custody of the Department of Juvenile Justice.

Disarmed and Ignorant

So put simply, the Democrats in Virginia want to confiscate certain privately (and lawfully) owned firearms, take them by force if they have to, and forbid their citizens from TEACHING OR LEARNING OR TRAINING WITH firearms, or any other method of physical force which can be used to hurt or kill someone (think Karate, Judo, Ju-Jitsu, Boxing, etc.)  They want Virginians disarmed and ignorant.

Virgnina has 95 Counties.  Of those, at least 75 have passed “Second Amendment Sanctuary” Resolutions saying they will protect citizens Second Amendment rights.  Some counties have also passed Resolutions calling-up their local Militias!  (The unorganized militia consists of all able-boded males from the age of 16 to 45.  Some states also include females.)

Hearing of these Resolutions, the Governor apparently realizes if he and his Democrat legislature actually try this, there will be widespread resistance.  So he apparently has it in his head that he will use force to achieve what he wants, and possibly send the Virginia National Guard to forcibly TAKE the guns.

If the situation were to come to that, the Governor seems to think that citizens will need to be cut off from their electric, telephones, faxes, cellular phones and cellular data, and the Internet, so they cannot tell anyone what’s taking place and cannot call other citizens for help.

PREPARE

You can prepare for the coming troubles by making sure you have the following:  Body Armor, an emergency generator for electric, emergency fuel for that generator, emergency heat, communications gear.

Taking King Georges side in a long ago settled war, not very smart. You can go to jail for driving through town yelling “Ralph Northam is coming”.

10 years ago I would have said ” no way this could happen in the U.S. ” now with this state having elected the punk and now this clown who is really feeling his oats after the crap he said last summer. He is now ready to punish the red counties of his state. I believe this is a test bed for what the Democrats want to try.

years ago in illinois the democrat governor told the people the illegals need to have drivers license and its for your safety, and now they use it to vote with and control the state, in 2016 they removed a law on how to legally import black powder guns into the state, making a proxy ban, not making a new law but removed a law. they are dividing up the US right now like never seen before, they have been making plans a long time ago but now amping things up like mad, here in illinois they are forcing US citizens to pay for the illegals with new taxes, and forcing US citizens out of the state by jacking up property taxes like crazy and making new laws for all schools to be gender neutral in 2020. and clinics and hospitals now work with the state police to see if you have a gun permit. then they do their best to take your rights away to force you out of the state. the illegals and criminals now have new special protections, they can change their name and the courts will hide their true name. and in 2020 its illegal to post the persons name and their crimes, the criminal will be able to sue you for damages,

      Crucifixion seems more appropriate.
Especially if you apply Union rules.

That’s what happens to tyrants. traitors, and people who are convicted of treason. The gov is all three.

  4. […] Last, but certainly not least, this article contains drafts of two bills the current Governor of Virginia has proposed to support his gun seizures. The part about cutting off utilities seems to be gossip, but nothing surprises me any more.  https://johnbwellsnews.com/virginia-governor-reportedly-orders-plans-to-cut-electric-phones-internet… […]

I keep seeing people posting on Facebook about a possible Civil War.

    STOP THAT NONSENSE.

Operational Security is a REAL thing. ANYTHING and EVERYTHING you post on Social media can and will be intercepted. ANY and ALL forms of electronic communications can and will be intercepted. BE SMARTER than that. Face to face or secure forms of messaging that is encrypted on each end are secure. Nothing else is. Not even the U.S. mail. I worked with USPS Investigators and opened plenty of mail with a search warrant.

Select an email program based outside of the United States. There are a LOT of options. Proton Mail and Tutanota are just two of the many out there. I’ll be sharing a secure email with certain people in the near future. If your interested in communicating with me securely let me know.

We ALL should be prepared for an emergency. FEMA recommends 3 days of food and water on hand. Personally I would recommend two weeks for each person in your household. In recent times we have seen natural disasters that have lasted two weeks or more to restore power and utilities. New Orleans and parts of Florida have taken weeks and months to restore power. It’s taken years to rebuild those areas.

Food, water, ammo, comprehensive first aid supplies, power, etc. All things you should have prepared for a minimum of three days.

STOP posting stupid shit on social media.

  7. Robert Shrewsbury Robert Shrewsbury December 17, 2019

Stupidity begets stupidity and the downward spiral is fed by fools.
“swallow the spider to kill the fly and then swallow a bird to kill the spider” is an endless downward spiral
    or bottomless pit.
There are many good solutions to gun problems and still be armed safely, but some folks are not intelligent enough to figure it out.

Mao said power grows out of the barrel of a gun. This is no different as long as there are masses of people indifferent or “okay” with grandfathering clauses. If you’re not going to make them scared at the end of your barrel: they’re going to do it to you via there’s. If you’re cool with you and don’t really give a toss about the future or its generations: ignore this comment and article like you do everything else. If you do care: stop shitposting on the internet and do something about it. Lead, get to know your neighbors, find ones that work for you. Build your tribe and get ready. Short, localized, supply chains are everything. It’s how your ancestors survived the depression and times before.

Also if you trust cops to join your militia you’re setting yourself up for a bad time.

Ok, the whole cutting electricity thing is utter nonsense. If you click the Read More button to get the full text, there are a bunch affiliate links to buy vests, portable generators, etc. And there are absolutely no sources linked as to where they heard this absolutely wild claim. This is clickbait garbage that the author completely made up purely to scare you and get you to buy things that make him money.
